Beauty Consultant – Make Up For Ever (Cairo)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Beauty Consultant to represent the Make Up For Ever brand in our Cairo store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering personalized makeup advice and driving sales while creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, improve conversion rates and increase average transaction value.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM tools to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, industry trends and brand guidelines.
• Support daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Participate in in‑store events, promotions and activations to attract new customers.
• Collaborate with team members and store management to meet business objectives.
• Follow company policies, security procedures and sustainability guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing training and development programs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in beauty retail or cosmetics sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering personalized client experiences.
• Results‑driven mindset focused on achieving sales goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
