Behavior Therapist (Applied Behavior Analysis)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Psychology or Special Education graduate to join our center in 6th of October City as a full‑time Behavior Therapist. You will work directly with children on the autism spectrum, applying the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help them develop essential skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one and group therapy sessions within the center.
• Implement skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Maintain a goal‑oriented, professional approach in all interactions.
• Collect, record, and manage accurate data on client behavior.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of all client information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Special Education.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and time‑management abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience with young children with ASD is a plus.
• RBT/IBT/ABAT certification preferred but not mandatory.
