BI & Reporting Analyst

About the role

Join PepsiCo’s Strategy & Transformation team as a BI & Reporting Analyst supporting the EMEA Business Units. You will enable the Sector Service team to monitor performance, aggregate data across units and drive actionable insights through standardized reporting and communication methods.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the interface between sector and BU teams, governing current and future analytics programs.
• Collect, consolidate and present productivity and performance KPI data across EMEA in a clear, meaningful format.
• Develop and maintain standard reports, progressively introducing automation, workflows and BI tools to reduce manual effort.
• Ensure consistent reporting methodology and effective communication with partner stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience as a BI & Reporting Analyst.
• Prior experience in the supply‑chain domain within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong business acumen, professional attitude and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Power BI (or equivalent BI visualization tool such as Tableau).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
