Bilingual Travel Advisor (French-English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Travel Advisor to guide our clients through every step of their journey. The role involves creating personalized itineraries, handling bookings and providing expert advice to ensure smooth and memorable travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight, hotel and travel package bookings.
• Provide travel recommendations based on preferences and budgets.
• Create customized travel itineraries and plans.
• Guide clients on visa requirements, travel policies and documentation.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email and online channels.
• Resolve booking issues and customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Stay informed about travel trends, destinations and promotional offers.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Support upselling and cross‑selling of travel services when applicable.

Required profile

• Previous experience in travel, tourism, customer service or sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Fluent English; French speaking required.

Required skills

• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and reservation systems.
• Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre (a plus).
• Proficiency in using CRM systems for customer management.
