BIM Architect – Design Consultancy

About the role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Architect to join our design consultancy team at Studio 360, the creative hub of Azizi Developments in New Cairo. The role involves developing, coordinating and reviewing architectural BIM models across all project stages.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit in line with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Prepare architectural drawings, schedules, details and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, façade, landscape and other disciplines.
• Perform BIM model reviews, clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and related tools.
• Support the creation and implementation of BIM workflows, standards, templates and families.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of architectural experience within a design consultancy environment.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, detailing and construction documentation.
• Experience on high‑rise residential, hospitality, commercial or mixed‑use projects is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture.
• Good working knowledge of Navisworks.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM coordination workflows and clash detection.
