BIM Coordinator – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead the implementation and coordination of Building Information Modeling across our engineering and construction projects in Cairo. The role combines technical expertise with on‑site collaboration to ensure design accuracy, efficiency and seamless project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation and coordination across Architecture, Structure and MEP disciplines.
• Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit, adhering to project standards.
• Perform clash detection and resolution with Navisworks, identifying potential conflicts early.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects and contractors to facilitate information exchange.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM software and workflows to project teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes and standards.
• Ensure all documentation and deliverables comply with BIM execution plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role in construction projects.
• Strong background in engineering principles and BIM methodologies.
• Proficiency in Revit and solid understanding of architectural, structural and MEP modeling.
• Experience with BIM 360, Navisworks and AutoCAD is highly valued.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
