BIM Coordinator – MEP, Civil & Architecture

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead the implementation of Building Information Modeling across MEP, civil and architectural disciplines for high‑rise residential and hospitality projects. The role will ensure BIM standards are applied, models are coordinated and clash‑free, and project teams collaborate efficiently through a common data environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain BIM processes, standards and BIM Execution Plans for all disciplines (MEP, structural, interior, landscape).
• Manage BIM models from concept through construction, ensuring deliverables meet company and industry standards.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and related tools.
• Set up and administer the Common Data Environment (ACC/BIM 360) for project collaboration.
• Serve as the primary BIM point of contact, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and consultants.
• Train and mentor design teams on Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks and other BIM tools.
• Enforce company‑wide BIM templates, ISO 19650, LOD, COBie and quality control procedures.
• Leverage BIM automation through Dynamo, Python and AI tools to improve design efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of BIM experience, preferably with a leading developer or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, LOD, COBie).
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination on large‑scale projects.
