Blue‑Collar Recruiter – New Cairo

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for blue‑collar positions at our steel fabrication plant in New Cairo. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard skilled operators, technicians, and other operational staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for roles such as operators, welders, electricians, mechanics, drivers, warehouse staff and security personnel.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines using agencies, job boards, social media, vocational schools and community networks.
• Conduct initial interviews, evaluate technical qualifications and cultural fit, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Organise recruitment campaigns, job fairs, mass‑hiring events and walk‑in interviews.
• Prepare offers, coordinate pre‑employment checks, and support smooth onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, source effectiveness) and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in steel fabrication, construction or industrial environments.
• Proven experience in high‑volume blue‑collar hiring is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
