About the role
A leading Kuwaiti Travel & Tourism brand is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Cairo branch. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Proven experience in managing travel agencies or branches.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience in airline ticketing, reservations, and customer service.
- Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Previous experience in the Egyptian travel market is preferred.
