Branch Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead one of Crédit Agricole Egypt’s branches. The role combines operational oversight, staff development and business growth to ensure the branch meets its performance targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, control and allocate branch resources to guarantee smooth daily operations and achievement of set targets.
• Identify staff training needs, coach, mentor and conduct performance evaluations to maintain a high‑performing team.
• Keep all employees updated on the bank’s products, services, procedures, policies and compliance guidelines.
• Drive profitability by maximizing revenue streams, cross‑selling bank products and controlling operating expenses.
• Seek and develop new business opportunities while monitoring the sales activities of the team.
• Ensure the branch environment is clean, organized and complies with quality and attrition standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, handling escalated issues, feedback and complaints.
• Monitor and improve the quality of files and overall service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing a bank branch or similar retail banking operation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train and evaluate staff.
• Good knowledge of banking products, services, procedures, policies and regulatory compliance.
• Commercial mindset focused on revenue growth and expense control.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining branch standards.
