Brand & Communications Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will own Menthum’s brand narrative, strategy and market presence. You will craft compelling content, manage influencer partnerships and drive organic growth while leveraging AI tools to maximise output.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve brand strategy and author the Brand Book, enforcing visual identity, tone of voice and usage standards across all touchpoints.
• Create and oversee high‑impact content for social media, videos, podcasts, website, blogs, PR, email, SMS, push, in‑app and WhatsApp.
• Build monthly and quarterly content calendars, allocating work between in‑house production and agencies.
• Define influencer strategy, manage budget, select talent and measure results.
• Own organic performance metrics, including SEO and social reach, using data analytics and A/B testing.
• Write creative briefs and manage content, creative and PR agencies.
• Direct in‑house design resources and use AI tools to accelerate copywriting and asset production.
• Conceptualise and coordinate brand events, booth setups and on‑ground activations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 5–8+ years in brand, content or communications roles with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Experience building brand guidelines from scratch and enforcing them.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with SEO metrics, performance data and A/B testing.
• Proven track record managing influencer campaigns and budgets.
• 1–2 years experience in fintech products (savings, investment, BNPL, digital banking, payments, lending).
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
