Brand Manager

About the role

Rosekids is seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of its brand identity across all channels. You will shape the brand narrative for a sustainable children’s fashion line, ensuring consistency and resonance with target customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Define and maintain brand guidelines, including messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities and trends.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand activations.
• Collaborate with design, merchandising, sales, and e‑commerce teams to produce consistent creative assets.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as social media, email campaigns, and content creation.
• Monitor brand performance using KPIs, analyze sales data and consumer feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage the brand marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI.
• Serve as the brand evangelist, guiding internal teams and managing external partners like agencies and influencers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar marketing role, preferably in retail, fashion, or apparel.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and marketing strategies.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, and e‑commerce platforms.
