Brand Manager – Mobility & Delivery

About the role

Captain Tayyar is launching a smart mobility and delivery ecosystem in Egypt and needs a Brand Manager to shape its identity from day one. You will build a distinctive, premium brand that resonates across all customer touchpoints and drives awareness, adoption, and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity.
• Lead storytelling across digital, social, PR, content, and offline channels.
• Design and launch integrated campaigns that boost brand awareness and user engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency across the app, website, marketing assets, partnerships, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, Operations, and Partnerships teams to bring the brand to life.
• Translate customer insights into impactful brand initiatives and community‑building activities.
• Monitor brand metrics, campaign performance, and market trends to keep the brand ahead of competitors.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a creative execution mindset.
• Strong branding and storytelling capabilities.
• Understanding of digital‑first brands and customer experience.
• Experience in marketing, branding, or growth, preferably in mobility, tech, delivery, fintech, or marketplace sectors.
• Highly analytical, data‑driven, and comfortable in fast‑paced startup environments.
• Ownership mentality and passion for building brands from zero to one.
