Brand Sales Advisor – Retail Experience

About the role
As a Brand Sales Advisor you will create interactive experiences that turn retail shoppers into loyal brand advocates for our electric brush lineup. You will work on‑site in malls and retail stores, engaging customers, demonstrating products and driving sales.
Key responsibilities
- Approach retail shoppers, introduce the electric brush range and explain health and lifestyle benefits.
- Conduct hands‑on product demonstrations showcasing sonic vibration technology, pressure sensors and brush modes.
- Guide customers through purchasing decisions, handle price/value objections and close sales to meet daily targets.
- Maintain clean, well‑stocked and visually appealing in‑store displays and demo units.
- Collect customer feedback and share floor trends with the Field Sales Manager to refine pitches and marketing strategies.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 + year proven success in retail, field sales or direct customer promotions.
- Full flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Willingness to rotate across various mall and retail locations within the city as assigned.
