Business Analysis Manager

About the role

The Business Analysis Manager will support City Edge Developments by analysing current and future investment opportunities, shaping pricing strategies and delivering critical business updates to senior management. This role acts as a bridge between the development team and other departments to ensure data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master‑plan feasibility studies for potential investments in collaboration with the development team.
• Produce quarterly business plan models to forecast project profitability and cash‑flow, updating the team regularly.
• Review master plans across residential, retail, office and hospitality assets to optimise land use and commercial mix.
• Establish cost models, allocate project expenses and prepare pricing proposals for real‑estate and commercial units.
• Monitor sales performance reports and adjust pricing in a timely manner.
• Upload unit attributes (area, price, payment plans) into ERP/SAP systems to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate on development briefs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in real‑estate or financial services, with a strong track record in investment analysis and pricing.
• Advanced degree (MBA, CFA or Master’s) is desirable.
