Business Analyst Associate (German Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join PwC’s ETIC team in Cairo. The role works in a cross‑functional, agile environment supporting digital product implementations, customer‑facing platforms and backend integrations for financial‑services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients and project teams in understanding business challenges and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps.
• Participate in workshops, meetings and backlog refinement with business and technical stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting notes, presentations, status updates and project documentation.

Required profile

• Up to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant or similar client‑facing role.
• Professional proficiency in German and strong English communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Jira and Confluence.
• Agile methodology, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations and UAT.
