Business Analyst - Associate (German Speaker)

About the role

PwC Egypt's Advisory practice is looking for a Business Analyst Associate fluent in German and English. The role guides and executes business-critical, complex transformation initiatives for clients, especially business-led IT transformation and Fit for Growth programmes covering cost and organisation change. It works closely with PwC Germany's Strategy teams and bridges business stakeholders, market teams and technical delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic business objectives into concrete requirements for the future organisation, IT landscape and cost structure
• Develop actionable roadmaps and orchestrate project execution
• Help ensure sustainable value realisation through close collaboration with PwC Germany's Strategy teams

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Consultant
• Solid experience in well-known international companies in a consulting environment, ideally in project or transformation settings with a technological background
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, work in international cross-border teams and act proactively and solution-driven

Required skills

• Project management with familiarity with standard PMO tools such as Jira, Asana and the MS Office Suite
• Data and analytics expertise covering preparation, analysis, visualisation, automation and modelling
