Business Analyst Graduate Program – German Speaker

About the role

Join PwC's ETIC team as a German‑speaking Business Analyst at the associate level. You will work on end‑to‑end financial services transformation projects across banking, insurance and asset‑wealth management, helping clients deliver innovative, measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients and project teams in identifying business challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and user journeys.
• Participate in workshops, meetings and backlog refinement, and assist with User Acceptance Testing.
• Prepare meeting notes, presentations, status updates and other project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Up to 4 years experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant or similar client‑facing role.
• Professional proficiency in German and strong English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
