Business Analyst – PMIS Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a PMIS Business Analyst Associate to support large‑scale capital projects and infrastructure programmes by designing and implementing enterprise Project Management Information Systems. The role aligns project controls, PMO governance and digital platforms to enable effective cost, schedule, risk and contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and process reviews.
• Configure and design workflows, cost templates and approval structures in Primavera Unifier, P6, Aconex or CostOS.
• Coordinate integrations between PMIS and enterprise ERP, scheduling and document management systems.
• Develop test scenarios, support UAT and manage defect tracking during go‑live.
• Define dashboards and KPIs using Power BI or native PMIS reporting tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, Business or related field.
• 5+ years experience in PMIS, project controls or capital‑project digital transformation.
• Experience with Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6 or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, change management, contracts and risk processes.
