Business Analyst - Senior Associate (German Speaker Only)

About the role

PwC ETIC is hiring German-speaking Business Analysts and Consultants at Associate level for its Product Management & Business Analysis practice. You will work alongside experienced consultants and industry experts to support end-to-end financial services transformation across banking, insurance and asset & wealth management, helping clients deliver solutions with measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients and project teams in understanding business challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements
• Help prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, user journeys and business documentation
• Take part in workshops and meetings with business and technical stakeholders
• Support backlog refinement, requirement traceability and User Acceptance Testing
• Prepare meeting notes, presentations, status updates and project documentation
• Work with cross-functional and international teams, building consulting, business analysis, agile delivery and financial services knowledge

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, Product Analyst or in a similar client-facing or delivery role
• Professional proficiency in German and strong English communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Preferred: exposure to financial services (banking, insurance, capital markets, payments, leasing, automotive finance), basic Agile knowledge, and experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools

Required skills

• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and good communication with business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage tasks and priorities in a dynamic project environment
