Business Consultant – B2B SaaS Sales

About the role

Property Finder is seeking a Business Consultant to drive growth of its B2B SaaS advertising solutions for real‑estate brokerages across the MENA region. You will manage a portfolio of clients, provide consultative coaching, and use data‑driven insights to expand the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert on Property Finder’s solution portfolio and sell technology‑enabled advertising and listing solutions.
• Identify new brokerage prospects, qualify them with Sales Development Representatives, and convert them into customers.
• Use a consultative approach to match client needs with appropriate solutions.
• Record opportunities and activities in Salesforce CRM on a weekly basis.
• Forecast weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue expectations with predictability.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships through ongoing support and consultation.
• Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close agreements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of client requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience in a SaaS or subscription environment; real‑estate experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and reliable forecasting.
• Strong public speaking, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Assertive, influential, and highly motivated to exceed targets.
