Business Consultant (German Speaker) – Senior Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Business Consultant who is fluent in German and English to join PwC’s Advisory team in Cairo as a Senior Associate. The role offers hands‑on experience supporting global clients in designing and implementing Global Business Services (GBS) Target Operating Models, optimizing processes and driving strategic change.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement GBS Target Operating Models (TOM).
• Identify opportunities for standardisation and harmonisation of processes across global GBS functions.
• Develop detailed process documentation, including SOPs and workflow diagrams.
• Conduct baseline assessments and calculate GBS business cases.
• Analyse existing operating models and service delivery mechanisms to recommend improvements.
• Support change‑management planning and ensure smooth TOM rollout.
• Prepare reports and presentations that communicate TOM design principles, benefits and expected outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business, Management, Finance or a related field.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and client‑focused mindset.
• Experience with TOM design, process optimisation and change management in a global context is highly desirable.
• Project‑management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
