Business Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to join our Data Management and AI team and support data‑driven decision‑making across our digital banking platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business questions into measurable metrics, build dashboards, and ensure that data insights align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and data teams, gathering and documenting reporting and analytics requirements.
• Translate business questions into metrics, KPIs, and analytical insights.
• Design and develop dashboards and reports that support business decisions and validate that analytical outputs answer business needs.
• Analyze business data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities, helping improve customer experience and operational performance.
• Lead analytical initiatives, influence stakeholders with data insights, and ensure effective communication between business and technical teams.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Good understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., dashboarding platforms).
