Business Developer – Facility Management (2+ yrs experience)

About the role

EFMS Co is seeking a Business Developer to drive growth of its facility management services across commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, retail and hospitality sectors. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, generating leads and securing contracts with property owners, developers and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Research market trends and competitor offerings to pinpoint business opportunities in the FM sector.
• Generate and qualify leads through outreach, referrals, tenders and networking, building a robust sales pipeline.
• Respond to RFPs/RFQs, coordinate with operations, finance and technical teams to prepare proposals, pricing and contract terms.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships, conduct meetings, site visits and hand over new contracts to operations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, lead negotiations and close new FM contracts while pursuing renewals.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for additional FM services such as HVAC, cleaning, security and landscaping.
• Ensure proposals comply with regulatory, safety and industry standards (ISO, HSE, sustainability).
• Track KPIs, prepare forecasts and keep CRM data up‑to‑date.
• Represent EFMS Co at industry events and forums to strengthen brand presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales or a related B2B role.
• Experience in the facility management services industry is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
