Business Developer – Facility Management (Nasr City)

About the role

EFMS Co is looking for a Business Developer to expand its facility management portfolio across commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, retail and hospitality sectors in Nasr City. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and closing contracts for hard and soft FM services.

Key responsibilities

• Research market trends and competitor offerings to pinpoint growth opportunities in the FM sector.
• Generate and qualify leads through outreach, referrals, tenders and networking with property owners, developers, asset managers and government entities.
• Prepare and submit RFP/RFQ responses, coordinating with operations, finance and technical teams to craft competitive proposals.
• Maintain client relationships, conduct site visits and presentations, and ensure smooth hand‑over of new contracts to operations.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms and service level agreements to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for additional FM services such as HVAC, cleaning, security and landscaping.
• Monitor compliance with ISO, HSE and sustainability standards and support audit processes.
• Track KPIs, update CRM records and produce sales forecasts and reports for management.
• Represent EFMS Co at industry events and forums to strengthen brand positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in facility management.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
