Business Developer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Business Developer to join NAM Studio, a creative practice that works at the intersection of architecture, film and brand direction. The role will focus on generating new business opportunities with developers, architects and related partners, building a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and map target accounts in the architecture and real‑estate sectors.
• Identify, prospect and qualify leads through calls, emails and meetings.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals in collaboration with creative and production teams.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in a CRM or other tracking tools.
• Attend industry events, support marketing initiatives and gather client feedback.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of NAM Studio’s business development strategy.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and market‑research abilities to spot trends and prioritize opportunities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills to build trust and represent the studio professionally.
• Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting and structured outreach processes.
• Background in business development, sales or account management, preferably within real‑estate, architecture, design or related creative fields.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced studio environment.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages such as German or French are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Comfort using CRM tools and productivity software to track leads, activities and performance metrics.
