Business Development Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support PROBOX’s commercial growth across the Middle East and Africa. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, managing supplier registrations, assisting in proposal preparation and maintaining client and partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets, monitor RFPs/RFQs, tenders and procurement portals to generate qualified leads.
• Register PROBOX and its partners on supplier portals, maintain documentation and track renewal compliance.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, technology partners and strategic partners, schedule meetings and coordinate follow‑ups.
• Support the preparation of commercial and technical proposals, gather inputs from internal and external teams, and create presentations and capability statements.
• Assist in commercial negotiations, pricing exercises and Go/No‑Go opportunity assessments.
• Maintain CRM records, support project administration and contribute to internal operational initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience, preferably in B2B sales.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Strong research, analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
