Business Development Executive – Broker Relations

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to lead our broker relations in Cairo. You will act as the primary liaison between Unique Saray Development and local real‑estate brokerage firms, promoting our premium Dubai projects and expanding our network across Egypt.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard real‑estate brokerage companies throughout Cairo.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with brokerage partners.
- Present Dubai real‑estate projects and partnership opportunities to brokers.
- Conduct regular visits and meetings with brokers to grow the network.
- Follow up with partners and provide continuous support.
Required profile
- Based in Cairo, Egypt.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real‑estate brokerage or development in Egypt.
- Existing network within the Egyptian real‑estate market is a plus.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Own a private vehicle and hold a valid driving license.
