Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive new business opportunities for Mahdy Studio, a multidisciplinary studio based in Giza. Working in a hybrid setting, the role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and account management to support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new prospects within the Giza market.
• Generate leads through research, outreach, and networking.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients.
• Develop and present strategic plans to increase business revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, marketing) to align proposals with client needs.
• Track sales pipeline and activities using CRM software.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction across all accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new business development and lead generation.
• Strong background in account management and relationship building.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with the Giza market or local industry trends is an advantage.
