Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with project management teams to ensure smooth contract execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on business development metrics and outcomes.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, processes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
