Business Development Manager – Interior Design

About the role

Takween Design House, a growing interior design studio in Egypt, is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its project pipeline across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships and representing the studio at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial and hospitality segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with real‑estate developers, contractors, architects and property consultants.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and networking functions.
• Develop and execute lead‑generation and partnership strategies.
• Prepare and present business proposals and partnership agreements.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure smooth hand‑off of qualified leads.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and partnerships in the CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture or a related field.
• 3+ years of business development experience, preferably in interior design, real estate, construction or hospitality.
• Existing network within Egypt's real‑estate, construction or hospitality sector is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meetings and sites across Egypt.
