Business Development Manager

About the role

Zeal is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to be the first point of contact for clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs). The BDM will drive growth by building relationships, onboarding IBs, and increasing accounts, deposits, and revenue across multi‑asset products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential IBs and Money Managers in the Egyptian and MENA markets.
• Use Telegram and other social media channels to promote Zeal’s competitive rebate program.
• On‑board IBs, negotiate rebate and markup terms, and support them to grow their client base.
• Prepare proposals and sales presentations that match customers’ trading needs.
• Cross‑sell retail clients who meet IB thresholds and guide them through the client growth lifecycle.
• Stay informed on market news and trends in FX, commodities, stocks, and indices.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track funding, volume, and new account activations.
• Achieve sales targets for funded accounts, gross deposits, and weekly meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales within Forex, insurance, real estate, banking, or brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, including FX, stocks, and commodities.
• Proven relationship‑building and networking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑orientation.

• Experience using CRM systems.
