About the role
Innovito is looking for a full‑time, remote Business Development Manager to accelerate growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to expand the company’s market reach and support strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients across target markets and execute outreach strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Maintain an organized pipeline, support early discovery discussions, and qualify leads for further advancement.
- Build and manage relationships with partners and ecosystem stakeholders, exploring collaboration opportunities and representing Innovito at industry events.
- Coordinate with internal teams to advance opportunities, support proposal preparation, and keep accurate pipeline records.
Required profile
- 4‑6 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or partnerships.
- Background in B2B services, SaaS, technology solutions, consulting, or related fields.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple opportunities and maintain organized follow‑ups.
- Experience working within Gulf region markets is a plus.
