About the role
The Business Development Manager will lead the company’s sales initiatives in Egypt, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence while nurturing strong client relationships. This role combines strategic planning, client acquisition, and cross‑platform campaign management to align with the organization’s mission and values.
Key responsibilities
- Define sales targets, market entry priorities, and client acquisition roadmaps for Egypt.
- Design annual and quarterly business development plans with revenue forecasts and pipeline growth targets.
- Plan and oversee integrated commercial campaigns across print, digital, and events.
- Develop partnership and expansion strategies with key industry players and government entities.
- Monitor market intelligence, competitor activity, and client feedback to adjust plans.
- Conduct quarterly planning reviews with the BD Director and align execution with strategic objectives.
- Support the creation of new revenue sources and prepare persuasive presentations for clients.
- Analyze client needs, advertising history, and budgets to propose tailored advertising solutions.
- Coordinate with the Client Relations Team to ensure deliverables and high client satisfaction.
- Guide and empower Business Development team members and collaborate with marketing, PR, and advertising agencies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Professional certifications in Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Management are a plus.
