Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth for Gulf Global Outsourcing by identifying new market opportunities and building strong client relationships. Based in Cairo, this full‑time, on‑site position works closely with operations, marketing and finance teams to align service offerings with customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to uncover strategic growth opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads, develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective and existing customers.
• Negotiate contract terms in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding of new accounts and monitor performance against revenue targets.
• Report on sales activities, forecast revenue and provide insights to improve market presence.

Required profile

• Proven business development or sales experience, preferably in outsourcing, shared services or related BPO environments.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, on‑site setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills and knowledge of Gulf markets are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Experience creating presentations using tools such as PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Slack).
