Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of Hikvision’s Non‑Video portfolio across public and enterprise sectors in Egypt. The role focuses on expanding market presence in access control, intercom, parking management and energy‑related security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities for Access Control, Intercom, speed gate, turnstile, parking management, security inspection and Energy Solutions.
• Build and manage relationships with end‑users, consultants, distributors and system integrators to position Hikvision as the preferred integrated security provider.
• Target large‑scale projects in sectors such as Safe City, Education, Oil & Gas, Retail and Real Estate.
• Prepare customized proposals, technical presentations and ROI‑based value‑selling pitches.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and marketing teams to create vertical‑specific strategies and demo showcases.
• Conduct market intelligence on competitors, pricing and product trends.
• Forecast and track project pipelines in CRM, delivering quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Represent Hikvision Egypt at exhibitions, client events and industry associations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in security, ELV, ICT or integrated solutions.
• Proven track record managing non‑video product lines or multi‑solution portfolios.
• Strong network with system integrators, consultants and key accounts.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for pipeline management.
