Business Development Manager

About the role

Innovera is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth across the ICT and System Integration market. You will lead opportunity identification, client acquisition, and partnership development while positioning Innovera Academy as a strategic differentiator for digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with corporate revenue targets.
• Identify new market opportunities, target segments, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise, government, and private‑sector clients.
• Lead customer acquisition, upselling and cross‑selling to expand existing accounts.
• Manage the full business development lifecycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Marketing and Technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in enterprise tenders and manage vendor and partner relationships.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and monitor industry trends.
• Prepare forecasts, pipeline reports and revenue growth plans for senior management.
• Promote Innovera Academy as a value‑add component of client digital transformation journeys.

Required profile

• Proven business development and sales experience within a System Integrator or Value‑Added Reseller environment.
• Strong tender and contract management experience, including leading enterprise procurement processes.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis and strategic planning.
• Familiarity with promoting training or certification programs is a plus.
