Business Development Manager

About the role

Stitch® is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new revenue opportunities for its AI‑driven customer engagement platform. Based in Heliopolis, you will lead the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospect research to closing deals, and work closely with product and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business prospects in target markets.
• Conduct outreach through meetings, calls and presentations to showcase Stitch®’s AI solutions.
• Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new clients.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline metrics and performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and provide market feedback.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably within technology, SaaS or AI solutions.
• Strong ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline and prioritize multiple opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with technical concepts and cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Self‑driven, organized and results‑oriented, with willingness to work on‑site in Heliopolis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for activity tracking, forecasting and reporting.
• Competence in standard productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
