Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive our outbound prospecting efforts. The role focuses on contacting potential clients, qualifying their needs, and scheduling appointments for the sales team while working primarily from home.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to arrange sales appointments.
• Identify and qualify leads based on their requirements and match them with our services.
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely appointments and maintain ongoing communication.
• Accurately record all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
• Participate in occasional in‑person meetings or training sessions.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2 level).
• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
• Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively.
• Located in Egypt and able to work US time‑zone hours (4 pm‑1 am).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.

What we offer
