Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to help expand our client base and promote our services. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, nurture relationships, and support business growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients to promote company services.
• Manage daily communication and follow‑ups with leads, prospects, and business contacts.
• Coordinate and support networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and business gatherings.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and industry stakeholders.
• Respond to leads generated from marketing campaigns and share information with prospective clients.
• Support outreach activities through direct meetings, email communication, and LinkedIn networking.
• Prepare quotations and assist in drafting agreements under supervision.
• Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Escalate client concerns to senior staff and assist in resolving issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of proven business development experience.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.
• Strong computer literacy, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
