Business & Export Assistant

About the role

Goodwill Group, a growing food export company based in Egypt, is looking for a Business & Export Assistant to support its management team. The role is full‑time and focuses on daily business operations, export coordination, documentation, and communication with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist management with daily follow‑up, reminders, and task organization.
• Prepare, review, and file export documents such as invoices, packing lists, and shipment files.
• Coordinate with factories, suppliers, freight forwarders, courier companies, and internal teams.
• Track customer requirements, samples, product labels, packaging details, and shipment readiness.
• Maintain accurate records for clients, suppliers, orders, samples, shipments, and production updates.
• Communicate professionally via email, WhatsApp, and phone with local and international contacts.
• Provide clear daily and weekly updates for management.
• Support market research, supplier follow‑up, business development, and other administrative export tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Commerce, Languages or a related field.
• Previous experience in administration, export support, business coordination, logistics or office management.
• Good understanding of export documentation and basic international trade procedures.
• Excellent Arabic communication skills and strong written and spoken English.
• Additional language skills (Italian, Spanish or others) are a strong plus.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
