Business Partnership and Controlling Analyst

About the role

The Business Partnership and Controlling Analyst is a core member of the Business Controlling team, responsible for financial analysis, performance management and business partnering across a complex, multi‑entity environment. The role combines FP&A, management reporting and strategic support for operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly management reporting packs, comparing actuals to budget/forecast.
• Collect, validate and consolidate financial data from multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and improve recurring reports, templates and dashboards, providing insightful commentary on performance.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic re‑forecasts for the assigned scope.
• Conduct variance analyses and produce decision‑oriented commentary.
• Develop and maintain financial models and Excel‑based tools.
• Partner with operational teams and support functions, translating financial data into actionable insights for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting files, controlling templates and forecast processes.
• Identify data‑quality issues and work with ERP/BI tools to resolve them.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in finance, controlling or FP&A.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Fluent in English (B2 minimum) with strong communication skills.
• Autonomous, structured, reliable and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable managing senior stakeholders across countries and functions.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Strong understanding of P&L mechanics and management accounting.
• Experience with ERP or BI tools (e.g., D365, Power BI).
