Business Performance Manager

About the role

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Business Performance Manager to join its finance team in Egypt. The role focuses on driving financial performance, supporting strategic planning, and leading cost‑optimization initiatives across managed services.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for managed services.
• Monitor and control indirect costs to meet financial targets.
• Oversee CAPEX and OPEX planning, providing insights for resource allocation.
• Conduct ARVE controlling, variance and trend analysis to track performance.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for key financial metrics.
• Manage savings initiatives and ensure cost‑optimization goals are achieved.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve financial outcomes and support strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, business performance management, analytics, IT services or management consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
