Business Planning & Reporting Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Business Planning & Reporting Supervisor to turn raw data into actionable insights that boost operational efficiency and profitability. The role will support senior management by delivering accurate reports, forecasts and recommendations across the retail business.

Key responsibilities

• Track daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and prepare comprehensive management reports.
• Analyse sales, margins, channel performance and inventory trends to identify variances.
• Develop board‑level presentations, forecasts and budgets.
• Validate data from multiple sources and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate product replenishment and manage allocation to minimise overstock and stock‑outs.
• Oversee inbound shipments and remaining quantities to ensure supply continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail analysis or a comparable data‑focused role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently in a small team.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted analytical tools.
