About the role
The Butler Agent provides personalized guest services such as wake‑up calls, newspaper delivery, shoe‑shining and VIP assistance, ensuring a memorable stay in line with Kempinski’s luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome VIP guests, escort them to rooms, and explain facilities.
- Coordinate fruit basket delivery, luggage handling, and room service for VIPs.
- Assist guests with wake‑up calls, shoe‑shining, packing/unpacking, and laundry services.
- Respond to guest requests in person or by phone, referring issues to relevant departments.
- Maintain daily replenishment of VIP fruit baskets and ensure timely check‑in/check‑out procedures.
Required profile
- Egyptian nationality.
- High institute or university graduate.
- At least one year of customer‑service experience in a 5‑star hotel.
- Excellent oral and written English.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Applications
- Opera Cloud System
- Basic knowledge of Micros
