CAD & Simulation Engineer (Remote, Short-Term Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a CAD & Simulation Engineer to develop high‑fidelity models and run analyses for aerospace, mechanical, or electrical systems. This short‑term contract role is fully remote and offers 20‑40 hours per week over an eight‑week period.

Key responsibilities

• Create and validate CAD models using industry‑standard tools.
• Translate technical requirements into accurate simulation workflows.
• Perform simulation, analysis, and optimization of designs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to verify and validate solutions.
• Document methodologies, assumptions, results, and technical findings.
• Support AI‑driven engineering projects by reviewing model fidelity and dataset realism.

Required profile

• PhD in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in CAD engineering, simulation, and product‑design environments.
• Strong fundamentals in aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• Proven ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience with leading aerospace, manufacturing, or engineering organizations is highly preferred.
