Call Center Agent – Customer Service (Cairo)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Agent to join our customer service team in Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for recent graduates with strong English communication skills who want to start a career in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone and email, providing accurate information and resolving issues.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette and document each interaction in the system.
• Follow established procedures, meet service‑level and quality standards, and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Participate in regular training sessions and collaborate with colleagues to improve processes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional, preferably with a background in business, communications or a related field.
• Minimum B2 level English proficiency, with the ability to understand and respond to customers accurately.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Cairo and adapt to shift schedules if required.
