Call Center Representative – Telesales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join our outbound sales team in Al Giza Mohandessin. In this role you will contact potential and existing customers, understand their needs and promote our products and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to convert leads into satisfied customers while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to generate sales.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions and close sales.
• Answer inquiries professionally and turn conversations into sales opportunities.
• Follow up on marketing leads and build strong customer relationships.
• Record all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
• Handle objections confidently and provide clear product information.
• Achieve or exceed defined sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a persuasive telephone presence.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and match them with suitable offerings.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Reliability to work the scheduled shift from Sunday to Thursday.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for data entry and tracking.
