Case Management Specialist – Remote (Evening Hours 5pm-2am)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy Case Management Specialist to join Bishara Law, LLC’s legal team. The position is fully remote and based in Egypt, working evenings (5 pm‑2 am Egypt time) to align with U.S. business hours. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling intake, updates, and coordination throughout the case lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of client phone calls with professionalism and care.
• Conduct client intake interviews and open new case files.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing timely case updates.
• Coordinate with attorneys and support staff to ensure cases progress on schedule.
• Accurately enter and manage data in case management systems.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, phone‑heavy environment.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Prior experience in legal support or case management is a plus.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a computer with microphone and headset.
