Cash Collector – New Cairo

About the role

Geidea is seeking a Cash Collector to join its FinTech team in New Cairo. You will be responsible for collecting cash payments from customers within the assigned area, ensuring that all transactions are accurate, safe, and completed on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers in New Cairo (or surrounding areas) to collect cash payments.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate collection records.
• Hand over collected cash to the company following established procedures.
• Report any collection issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service during each interaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cash collection or a similar field.
• Valid driving license and own motorcycle or car.
• Ability to cover a large geographic area efficiently.
• Strong communication, honesty, reliability, and time‑management skills.
• Basic record‑keeping ability and capacity to work independently.
